Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are made available.

For example, the elite racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb function in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original item's level and any wasted resources won't get compensated.

The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing its damage.

Players can reroll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This helps you not waste upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they display a full description and the icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones which increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This is an excellent option for players who wish to get an edge in combat but don't want burden their wallets. Furthermore, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are many ways to acquire the stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition, players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets you increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be applied, as well as an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item upgrader kit reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Also, when an Best item upgrader reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons in order to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them extra effects or an increased level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components include additional modifiers which can further improve the item's stats.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get the perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
